Which bundle of processes-subprocesses is better to choose

There is a question on sheaves of processes-subprocesses.
Please tell me, based on practice, which bundle is better to choose ...
Situation:
You need to deliver a certain number of orders to customers, let's say - 20 orders.
A general delivery process is created and it is assigned to all 20 orders as a parent.
During the delivery process, a general list of orders is formed and given to your courier.
When the courier returns, he must report: to whom he delivered, which of the clients he did not find, ... and for each order, return the signed documents (invoice, etc.)
Here the dilemma arises, how best to do it:
one.
Upload all reports from the courier to the delivery process and copy information and documents from here to each individual customer order?
But there is a risk that the manager may make mistakes and copy information and documents to the wrong place.
2.
Or is it better to make it so that in each customer order a subtask for the delivery report is created. And already in se
Original question is available on version: ru

Answers:

In my opinion, both options have their pros and cons.
The variant with the parent process of the courier, where he keeps records, is good because everything is in one place. But if you need to upload some documents to client processes, then there can be either manual distribution, or the difficulty of understanding what goes where.
The option with the courier reporting in the corresponding subtasks is good because he can upload the corresponding document to each subtask, and you simply set up the document list block in the client’s order with the display of subtask documents, or automate the copying of documents from the subprocess to the parent. The only negative will be for the courier - instead of adding all the reporting to 1 parent process, he will need to add each report to the corresponding one.
My recommendation to you - do not complicate, try to set up as you think is as simple as possible for yourself (as it will be more convenient for you to work).

Thanks for the answer!
Yes, I see all these pluses and minuses. Therefore, I wanted to get advice based on the fact that your specialists probably set up stores with deliveries by their courier many times.
And already in practice, you probably use some option more often and recommend it to clients,
because you already know which one is more convenient (taking into account all the minuses and pluses) for work, so that employees feel more comfortable, easier and less likely to make mistakes in the process.
PS. By the way, here is this opportunity for displaying documents: "... and you simply set up a block of the list of documents in the customer's order with the display of documents of subtasks ..."
not in the system.
Or am I missing something.
In the interface, in the "List of documents", you can select only 3 options for outputting documents:
1. Current process,
2. Parent process,
3. Parent process and all children
And it would be nice if there was also the option "Current process + all its children"
Do you have any plans to add this feature?

With this question, you need to contact the integrators directly https://crm-onebox.com/ru/integrators/

In the interface, in the "List of documents", you can select only 3 options for outputting documents:
3. Parent process and all children

Here this setting will take the parent and output it + all its children (the current process will be the current one)

And it would be nice if there was also the option "Current process + all its children"

it can be modified - it will take 1 hour
