1. in the action "Create a notification in the notification center" modify the list of whom to send the notification to - select an additional field with the type "Contact Directory" - it will take 1 hour
2. Either by the action of checking the conditions of the fields, you switch the process to an intermediate status, where the action from paragraph 1 is indicated
Or the action "Stop performing the following actions when the conditions are met" - and before the action from paragraph 1, check whether all the conditions are suitable, and if not, stop the execution of the following, actually from paragraph 1
