It's been many years since we've been using CRM OneBox, but some problems haven't been solved.
For example, quotation marks in the names of companies or, as it turned out, in the new, updated box does not recognize an apostrophe in the names of products.
For example, there is a product name:
Rose YG8U13-020UA1XLEAX
Rose YF8U13-020UA1XLEAX
In one case, for verification, the apostrophe is indicated in the Ukrainian layout, the second - in the English layout.
And if in the second case with the English layout everything is ok and the apostrophe is displayed as an apostrophe, then in the first case it changes to the Unicode code Rose YG8U13-020UA1XLEAX, but I would like to avoid this.
When will box learn to display quotes and apostrophe in a normal form without replacing them with code such as this apostrophe - ['] ?

I'm also interested in this question. Slashes are inserted into the name with quotation marks. When editing a product in the table, for example, changing the quantity, they disappear.
