When manually launched https://rivcont.info/app/workflowtype-proekt/ the task was created. At first glance, I do not see any problems for creating an order. Perhaps the procurement business process was reconfigured, which could give an error when trying to create it?

If you check the box It will just create a process every day if the previous one is not at the starting stage, and will also take into account the quantity of goods that is already in other active orders to the supplier that were created by this action
