Since several products had a problem, they had a common field Recalculation rule http://joxi.ru/nAy1OY8fae0pWA, according to which Automatic price recalculation is triggered. The value of the field for all these products was such that it does not participate in any recalculation rule.
To check this, we left the Price recalculation rule field with the value Not set for one product https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/shop/products/3435/edit/. and two days later, the availability of http://joxi.ru/4Ak6MzeH0npx62 again flew off, for the rest of the goods everything is OK - the presence is in place.
Tell me, when recalculating, if Box does not find a supplier (recalculation rule), according to which to recalculate, Availability is removed? Why doesn't this happen when I manually recalcul

At this time, it is possible that someone performed a price recalculation / loaded the price list of the supplier or simply changed the information about the product from the supplier. Because Judging by the screenshot, you do not have a checkmark "Do not update the availability of products after updating the products of suppliers", then after such actions a processor will be added to recalculate the availability and it will start for all products. If you need that the availability of this product does not change automatically, you can uncheck the corresponding checkbox in the product card "Recalculate availability with suppliers and warehouses" or enable the system setting so that the availability is not updated with such changes
