Unknown order error

A client has been deployed to your system as a site. The site has an order form: https://box.collarexpress.com.ua/mc/#/custompage/30
In this questionnaire, when trying to place an order, it knocks out an unknown error that is not related to any business process settings, especially since they have not changed for a long time.

More precisely, the user account with which the checkout is made does not have added delivery addresses

That is, I literally just tried to place an order under the login testmp7***@ukr.net and there are no addresses there either? That is, the list of addresses comes into the system from an external source in the form of a directory or a direct request is made - where should the information about the addresses come from? After all, I see all the addresses in the drop-down list when filling in the field.

All users who made orders yesterday on the specified resource - all have addresses in the OneBox system. Moreover, they are pulled up in the address input field. So where are the delivery addresses coming from, that they are not found. Business processes have not changed - everything is configured correctly there: it means that this is some kind of system error. Please resolve it promptly.

Moreover, an automatic report was generated for this ordering process: it stopped being generated exactly on 01.10. As far as I understand, the boxed version that we use does not imply any updates (scheduled), but everything indicates that the process was disrupted somehow as planned, regardless of the system settings.

If anything, we are talking about automatic unloading of orders business process data into an XML file for automatic distribution to specified mailboxes. This setting has not changed for a very long time, but nevertheless, instead of daily reports, I received beautiful nothing since 01.10. Question: why?

Provide a link to the contact in your system, under which you fill out the form completely and get an unknown error. As part of this appeal, we will repeat your actions under the specified user and take further steps to resolve this issue.

I recommend that you create a separate appeal with a specific question/problem.
In this appeal, we are considering a question regarding the form https://box.collarexpress.com.ua/mc/#/custompage/30, and questions about any other functionality within this form will only confuse and complicate the solution of this issue.

Okay, here is the contact for verification: https://box.collarexpress.com.ua/admin/shop/users/755/
Here is a list of verification data for the first field of the form (the rest you can fill in arbitrarily): 0625-0000-* 0630-0000-* 0631-0000-* (instead of * 01 or 17)
