A third-party system uploads all the necessary data to this file on the FTP server in the format specified by OneBox. OneBox is configured to sync every hour. Everything worked until the server name was changed from an IP number to a domain. All settings are correct, OneBox sees the file but there is no synchronization (
What could be the problem?

Well, it may be that the server with OneBox does not know where the domain is directed (depending on how it is indicated). What is the problem with specifying the IP address back? For diagnostics by us - provide a link to your OneBox.

It was necessary to specify the closing slash /home/tea_obmen/ in the path, because of this, the path to the file was not built correctly in the connection.
