In the morning it was not possible to make payments, now the managers cannot add a contact to the company. It is almost impossible to create any contact card. Business processes also hang

I seem to have found the reason, but not the fact that I am right. When I display the business process, an additional contact field with the "drop-down list" type provokes a 500 error literally immediately. So you cannot use this type of field. You will have to create fields with a type of checkmark to select a unique value, instead of a drop-down list
