Help setting up contact import (XML Contacts Integration (Import))

There was a problem setting up automation once an hour. "Integrate XML Contacts (Import)" action. Data on API URL finds, but contacts are not imported. Old ones are not updated either. I suspect that there is a problem with the configuration on my side. Previously, the action worked correctly, but after changes in another system, the company has to be configured again. Please help me set it up and tell me what's wrong.
