This action simply adds the contact to the group, without triggering automations.
If you need it - it can be modified by setting it into action in 1 hour.

added the setting "Start automation for contacts (save) after adding to a group" to the action "Create a group of contacts: clients for whom no business processes have been registered for X days" (and other similar ones configured in your automation)
