Hello. I represent the Zaporozhye Transformer Association, Artem Timofeev used to be the integrator, now he redirected here. The essence of the issue is this, we transferred our mail from Ukraine hosting to our server, I changed the server in the integration settings, but judging by the partial logs that are available to me, there is still a request to the old server. Mail from CRM is sent, but there is no connection with our server. i.e. not parsed

zta.energy mail exchanger = 20 mail.trion-ltd.com.
zta.energy mail exchanger = 15 mail.trion-ltd.com.
If you write correctly the connection settings to your mail server
(IMAP Host, IMAP Port, SMTP Host, SMTP Port, user/password, whether TLS is needed or not)
then everything will work.
In the integration settings, I recommend checking the box "Do not send emails from this mail if SMTP is not available"
The presence of this setting will exclude the possibility of sending letters bypassing the SMTP server.
Logs can be viewed here /admin/shop/report/logs/

If using [5] => method: mail
