Hello!
How to remove the error?
IMAP status: NOT OK ([CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response))
https://onebox.constantagro.com.ua:44553/admin/shop/integrations/imap-1/control/
If I uncheck TLS, the error looks like this:
IMAP status: NOT OK (Can not authenticate to IMAP server: [UNAVAILABLE] Temporary authentication failure. [constantagro.com.ua:2021-12-16 )
https://onebox.constantagro.com.ua:44553/admin/shop/integrations/imap-2/control/
All exactly the same data is entered in Thunderbird and everything works there.
What could be the problem?

It didn't help... The response from the server is the same even with a domain name, even with an IP: IMAP status: NOT OK ([CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response)) Also, I don't quite understand why my thunderbird mail client works from the same local network.

I wrote you everything correctly, you just need to configure the presence or absence of encryption correctly.
