OS - KPI parameters

Configured KPI parameters https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/68/params/ here https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/68/
The condition is, if this https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/60/ is greater than or equal to 1, then its value should be multiplied by 3 and displayed here https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/68/
We look here https://rivcont.info/app/dashboard/ there is knowledge, but the logic does not work out.
Similarly, the parameters https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/67/params/ for this https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/67/
But, 4 conditions are prescribed here, 2 of which work out every hour, in theory the sum of these conditions should be displayed in this kpi https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/67/
For example, kpi https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/69/ configured parameters without conditions https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/69/params/
This kpi brought here https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/69/, counted 127800 (how it calculated this amount is not clear to me)
It turns out that KPI 68 and 67 do not work out the conditions.
In KPI 69, i

Let's try to explain it differently:
1. There is a KPI https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/59/ (Which counts the number of confirmed orders / and counts correctly)
2. There is a KPI https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/67/ (It has a KPI parameter calculation handler class based on other KPIs)
3. KPI with id 67 has parameters (If KPI 59 is greater than or equal to 1, then the value of kpi 59 should be multiplied by 6; the result is displayed in KPI with id 67)
4. Go to the employee with the callcenter role, who has kpi values 59 &ok=Filter = value 14
5. For the same employee, we look at kpi 67 = value 0 , but it should have been 14 * 6 and display 84
If you are sure that this is not a bug, then we are ready to pay for 1 hour

As an example, this is a bug:
Editing the parameters here https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/69/params/
1. In the first case, the "+" operator was installed
Everything worked beautifully ( KPI https://rivcont.info/app/kpi/59/ added value 3; Manager Anna has a value of 1 in KPI 59 and added 3 to this and displayed in KPI 69)
2. Installed the "*" operator
Nothing worked ( Using the example of Anna's manager, KPI 59 has the value 3. It should have multiplied by 3 and displayed the value 9 in KPI 69, but it doesn't output anything.
I think this bug needs to be fixed.

In more detail why multiplication does not work:
1. Settings without filling in the KPI value
2. Everyone who met the conditions - added 3
3. Settings with filling in the KPI value
4. Everyone who met the conditions - added 3 to the value of KPI 59
5. Change the operator to multiply
6. The conditions are still met, but the result is zero

So is this a bug? Or will you bill for 1 hour?
We have already written

here you need to choose which kpi you need to multiply by 3 to get the current one. Those. conditions are met, now you need to get the value of the current as

I put a plus sign instead of * - kpi counted.

We need the "*" operator

In this case, you need to add 2 identical lines. The first with +, the second with * - should work

1. Made the second line *
- for some reason, everything was brought to one employee
(All employees have values )
2. If the first line is + , then we still get an incorrect value in the end, because we only need to multiply
3. How did the number 1794 come about, suppose that it calculated the total amount "Number of confirmed orders w/o CC - Rivcont day" / this is 172, even if we add the operation +3 to each employee (who fulfilled the conditions) / this is +21
total 172+21=193 and multiply by 3 (second line) is 579
Figure it out, crutches with + is not an option

ok, I'll set it up to just take kpi and multiply its value by 3.

Set up with a crutch - counted 2500 / we need 25*4=100
Due to the fact that working with a crutch worked apparently:
25+0=25 (first parameter)
25*4=100 (second parameter)
and the parameters at the end are multiplied 25*100=2500
Let's do it without crutches
Let me remind you
This task is from 2021-09-16, you took one hour to solve this bug

multiplication doesn't work the way you think. If you need x4 from kpi - add 4 separate lines. I set it up and demonstrated with a specific example. What is the problem?

Original comment available on version: ru

you can also try to leave the first parameter as is and the second * 4 and do not select in the rightmost column of KPI
