I'm not receiving messages from Helpcrunch.

I activated the widget, added a connection, entered the name, API key, etc. but no messages are coming.

Good afternoon.
The HelpCrunch chat-based process creation automation specifies importing messages from the last 1 hour.
It turns out that the action is able to import only chats where there were messages in the last 1 hour - and then it receives messages from these chats for the last hour.
And from now on, the action will only import chats where new messages have been linked since the last launch.
If you look at the logs https://hocss.1b.app/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=helpcrunch-2025-02-05.log, your most recent chat (message) is dated December 20, 2024, which is not 1 hour ago.
