Most likely, the problem is also with the https://take.ms/9TzcU interface, because when you select "Start the process" - there is no field for choosing which process to create and in what status. The same goes for chat.

When you click on the buttons https://take.ms/5UDOA, the chat allegedly opens, but there are no new processes or new chats in the box..
