Those. if there are 2 people, then the first chat will fly to the first, the second to the second, the third to the first and so on. Takes 2h. If you need to check the user's work schedule, whether he is online or not, his status is "work" and other things will be +1h.

The advantage is that there will be a bit less settings in actions and you will be able to distribute chats more evenly if there are several of them per day.
