Telegram requests are created without status.
Starting from 2022-01-21 10:32 Requests from Telegrams are created without the initial status "New request", respectively, they cannot be processed in the request processing BP. Nothing has changed in the automation settings.

The problem occurred due to the enabled setting "Use webhook to receive messages". The problem was solved by disabling this setting.
