it is important for the client that instant messengers can transmit video. Will only work as a file transfer, right?
here I made the first message from the client https://integrator.crm-onebox.com/7934/ - the video came as a comment as a file.
then I try to reply with a comment with an attached file like this - only + comes to Telegram, without a file (if you attach a photo, it transmits)
when I try to send a file or photo from the Chat block - the text is transferred, and the file shows a message about deleting
Please fix sending files through comments and from Telegram Chat

1. when sending mp4 from the comments like this: screen1 - only text without a file comes to the telegram
2. when sending from the Telegram Chat block, when pressing Enter, the message "Are you sure you want to delete the attached file?" yes: screenshot 2
