Є 2 public accounts - 2 of my contacts are created, after merging with the main one, one viber ID is not recorded and apparently then the process is not created

I wrote on two boots on viber
everything is ok, in box it worked for me like two contacts with different viber id
I added two contacts to my main contact card
but obviously only one viber id (first) signed up
I write in public, only one process is being processed, but in the comments, it’s already mentioned in two groups, so two different processes are not created, but for two public notifications, go into one process

When merging viberid contacts are grouped into different bots.

No, do not create a new contact, and do not create a new process for this public account, you will simply sign up for another process, which is created for another public account
I saw all the contacts, I started testing again:

(first time and two contacts 1 and 2 merged into 3, recorded only the first viber id)

I combined both contacts 1461 / 1462 into contacts 1464 - and now he has 2 different accounts in the database regarding viber.
Perhaps the sequence of actions was different?
