Error creating TTN Nova Poshta

Hello!
Errors constantly occur during the mass creation of TTN Nova Poshta. Good afternoon. Please read the message that is fixed in the topic you specified, it says:
ps The TTNs themselves are created, because requests for some processes have already been sent to the mail, but the TTN numbers are not inserted into the box, because this happens only at the end of mass processing. actions and closing the transaction in the database.
We cannot cancel such created tn, because the requests have already been sent. As a result, it turns out like this:
1. You have selected 30 processes, clicked go to the stage
2. The first 2 processes moved to the stage, TTN were created for them
3. In the third process in turn, an error occurred that box showed you
4. At the same time, ttn from point 2 are ALREADY created in np, we cannot "roll back" them

Tell me how then to create a TTN with mass actions with the transition to a stage? And why in other systems (1C, AmoCRM, etc.) such errors do not occur, despite the fact that through them 200-500 pieces are created by mass actions with the transition to other stages / statuses?

Can you make it so that sending requests and receiving TTN goes in turn?
That is. There are 30 orders.
Boxing sent a request for the first order, then received a response and BP moved to the stage;
Boxing sent a request for the second order, then received a response and BP moved to the stage;
and so on

And another question: why then does such a situation arise even when creating 1 TTN in 1 BP?

I think it is, because at one stage I had 2 actions "Automatically create TTN" and "Add TTN to the registry", and I turned off the last action. And all 40 TTN were perfectly created
