The order from the screenshot has not been closed, the status of the package is being checked for them, and there were no messages until it changed. If you take the TTN number from there and try to track it on their official website, the NP says that to get the status of the parcel after 3 months, contact the support service. Most likely, for such old numbers TTN NP gives an error not found. You can close processes after receiving the final status so that you don't have to check the status of the package
