Explain how it works.
I need like this:
To find the process and if the amount of the order = the amount of the payment, only then attached to the process, will this checkbox help or how does it work?

The setting "Search payment by date and amount" works like this: it looks at whether there was a payment in the system for a client at a given time and for this amount - if any - a new payment will not be created. This setting has nothing to do with binding and / or checking the process to which it can be attached
