If you look closely at the logs
https://sbplus.1b.app/app/app-api/binotel-complete-2022-11-17.log or for any day, you can see that the server ip is not allowed in binotel.

This happened because on 03.10.2022 the server and box were deleted and then restored
When restoring, the ip address changes.
Contact the Binotel TP, so that they would allow the server ip.
