Problem:
When there is an incoming call, displays the SOURCE (source).
There are created sources:
[file]17950[/file]
In the Events section (link source and event),
each source is linked with a number (we tried the format 380... and 0..)
/app/event/settings/link/source/
[file]17951[/file]
Next, in the Pop-up window setting, "Call source" is displayed
[file]17952[/file]
But when calling, the source is not displayed.
What is the reason...

Some of your sources are duplicated, but it is not important. At the moment, there is no such function to determine the source by phone number on the binotel. As I understand it, according to the number the customer called you need to determine the source? If so, then this is possible already in the process and provided that you create the process from the call window. If it is necessary otherwise, then it must be completed. If the option I described above suits you, then I can try to help.

Good afternoon. Drop the link to your box and the link to the event on which to test, the source in the binotel can be placed in some cases, but you need to see in what form the pushes come to you to help

Good afternoon. Here is https://jaluzi-service.1b.app//app/event/settings/link/source/ you need to write the phone number instead of the one named here https ://jaluzi-service.1b.app/app/event/2232/ i.e. 0934814095. Then this call will be associated with the source specified in the "Source" field. Also, there should be no spaces or other characters after the phone number in the "Connected" field, such as here . https://jaluzi-service.1b.app/app/event/settings/link/source/19/ created a "reference" example for you. Also, in your source names https://jaluzi-service.1b.app/app/source/ here, for some reason, numbers are written instead of source names, perhaps this confused you. I would advise you to do it like this:

Dmitry, thank you! Everything seems to work. The only thing is that for some reason there is no source output for Incoming (unknown number):
Although in the constructor of the pop-up window I made the output of this block:
If you tell me - I will be grateful! And yes - thank you!)

apparently not, but it is definitely possible to create 2 records with different numbers and 1 source

the screen shows that the call is outgoing and not incoming. https://jaluzi-service.1b.app/app/binotel-1/call/windows/block/unknowout/ configure your interface for such calls
