1) For any type of call, the call pop-up window is not displayed, but the call itself occurs.

According to the logs for today, there were only pushes to create a call
https://our-store.com.ua/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=streamtelecom-2021-10-27.log
they did not send a push to register a call and create a call window
Mary, could you explain what this means? Is streamtelecom not transmitting or have I not set some action?

if you have "Receive a list of calls via PUSH" in your telephony settings, then when streamtelecom sends a push to the system, a call window appears.
