How it works «Stream Telecom» #
It allows to make and receive the calls within StreamTelecom service. You can place a call by clicking on a phone number (click-to-call). Call recordings and history will be stored in the system and available for review. A window with client's card information will appear during the incoming or outgoing call, along with the last orders etc. (you would need to configure the settings for information output).
