From the first, what is not clear is how to indicate in the contact card that this or that number is associated with telephony and whether it should be done as in the old version of MVP - [file]10095[/file] ?
2nd Is there anything else that needs to be configured for this feature to work properly on our end?
When you try to call a call through [file]10094[/file] or by clicking on the "handset" in the process or contact card, nothing happens.
Please help me figure out what the problem is

The phone number is registered in the card correctly according to the integration in Kyivstar

now there is an error 403: Forbidden - here is the URL log where the request goes https://onebox.mim.kiev.ua/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=kyievstar-2021-09-10.log
