% error between the order amount and the payment amount

In the Checkbox settings, the condition "% error between the order amount and the payment amount, at which to transfer the payment for the amount of the process:" does not work.
Previously, the amount of the commission in the process was 1.35% - everything worked correctly.
Now the 1.4% condition is not working and no checks are being generated

There are no negative payments in the process.
And when the percentage was set to 1.35, everything worked correctly.
Now, when setting the percentage to 1.4, the check is not created.
