We created a process for opening a cash register, set the action "open shift" https://take.ms/Y8KhQ
At the first stage, there is an action "Instant transition to a stage", and although the process could not go to the stage "Open checkout", the change opened in the check box cabinet.
The transition to this stage is not displayed, but recorded in history: https://gyazo.com/9986b60944cced4595be5c4f324927c0
https://our-store.com.ua/42096/
Tried manually, when going to the "Open checkout" stage, the box gives an error and does not let you into the stage, but the change still opens in the check box cabinet: https://take.ms/y1hdl
Here, try it on the process: https://our-store.com.ua/42104/
Please tell me what is the problem? On MVP, this logic worked well.

I tried to go to the "Open checkout" stage - it went, no errors are observed.

Maybe you are asking to either open the shift twice, or if I have already opened it in the check box office - open it again through OneBox?

the check box office was new, we transferred the settings from another box, filled in all the data. then it didn't work until you looked.
that is, the change was opened, but nothing appeared in the box.
now several days in a row everything works fine. I can't say what the problem was.
