Hello!
The process uses the "Create a process based on the value of an additional contact card field" action.
The field is empty, but processes are still created daily. This situation happens with some contacts, not with all. The ones in the example are created daily, over several weeks.
Information about the field comes from 1C.

Sorry, I must have phrased the question incorrectly. This is an automation once a day, and the action is triggered on all contacts. For specific ones specified in the task description, it does not work correctly, because the task should not be created.

2022-04-12 07:59:06 . 2 parallel requests were made to the api. Since transactions are isolated from each other, the contact has 2 values of the additional field. The same thing happened 3 times as far as I can see. You need to make sure that 1s does not send parallel requests to update the same contact to the box. After you do this, you can correct the entries in the system.
