The action Replace the product with its analogues does not work, you can check it on the process https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/customorder/zakazi-postavshchikam/2916173/edit/, procedure https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/shop /workflow/85/procedure/982/?status=0
As you can see, the two products of the process have one analogue each, but the replacement still does not occur. I thought that it might be blocked by other settings somewhere, but I checked it on another process https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/customorder/zakazi-postavshchikam/2912877/edit/, the same procedure - it still doesn’t change to an analog
Good afternoon. The action does not fire for outgoing processes. I don’t know exactly why this was done, but if you need it, we can put it in a separate setting to make it work - it will take 1 hour.
