I urgently need help - tracking of application statuses does not work, the stage does not switch

Sometimes the automation works correctly, but more often it doesn't.

1. Process https://one-box.shine-bright.com.ua/542654/

the application status has changed (screenshots), the action "Payment in installments Monobank / Get application status" does not work.

If you switch back to the stage with this action, it will work correctly.

2. https://one-box.shine-bright.com.ua/541672/

The application status has changed to "The PC credit transaction has been confirmed by the client", in the logs: [inputparams] => {"order_id":"cb97cd8a-0c0c-4b15-a7b8-3b090fb41a53","state":"IN_PROCESS","order_sub_state":"WAITING_FOR_STORE_CONFIRM","message":null}

)

but the action worked out the status "Waiting for confirmation from the client of the loan agreement in the monobank application"

I set up tracking at this stage too, but it doesn't work.

If you switch it back to the tracking stage, it will work correctly.
