Daily automation, action: Put the process of purchasing products on an employee

Previously, it worked in such a way that when the stock of the product was less than the minimum reserve, a task was created to purchase the missing product
The action with the current settings worked OK, but at a certain point in time, tasks for the responsible person stopped being automatically created.
Please help to fix it.

Try to remove the "Start time" setting, the action is set to automation once a day, this action can be set once an hour and there this setting will make more sense

tried setting up the same action on hourly automation
ran it and it didn't work either, unfortunately
please tell me how to check when the action created the last tasks?
