I am asking for help in creating a PREG template for creating a process with the ability to search for a client in contacts.
I use the block Turn a letter into a process, by which you need to create a process and find a contact, if it exists, or create a new contact (nounname).
1. It is necessary to extract the phone number that is in the subject of the letter and search for it
2. Is it possible to insert a file into the process so that it is not downloaded, but listened to as missed calls?

the only other thing noticed is that you have a file type with the entry application/octet-stream
and to listen in the browser you need audio/wav or audio/mp3 or ogg type

If very simplified - a box to preserve the integrity of the file.
The audio itself is saved in *.wav format
