Good day!
Process transfer between 2 systems is configured. https://luxshina.ua/ https://box1.luxshina.ua/Automation once per hour, action "Import processes from another Box"
The problem is that the order was not sent.
An example of an order in the system from which we transfer https://luxshina.ua/admin/customorder/order/9636248/edit/
Date of creation 2023-07-15 15:08
Filtered processes by date 2023-07-15 and client, in the system to which we transfer https://box1.luxshina.ua/app/workflowtype-order/?filterclientid%5B%5D=186046&...
As we can see, there is no process for the client.
If we look deeper - for example, let's take 2 dates - 2023-07-20 and 2023-07-19
Here are the filtered orders in the system from which we transfer https://luxshina.ua/admin/customorder/order/?filterauthorid=&filtermanagerid...
This is where we transfer https://box1.luxshina.ua/app/workflowtype-order/?workflowid%5B%5D=1&statusid...
Out of 9 orders, only 2 got into the system that we transfer.

An example from https://box1.luxshina.ua/9640020/
An example of the process that did not transfer https://luxshina.ua/admin/customorder/order/9636294/edit/
Please tell me what caused this failure? Why are some processes transmitted and others not?
Due to this, many orders have already been lost, which leads to losses. Please help to solve this problem as soon as possible.
all processes are available, for this order here is the process https://box1.luxshina.ua/9640026/ it's just that someone has configured the power supply in such a way that you transfer the task when the power supply fails, and screw it up first understand the PSU and those who set it up, and then ask questions if there are any
