Product reserve does not work correctly

Good afternoon. There is a problem with the item reserve action not triggering correctly. It is necessary that when moving to a stage, the product is reserved only if there is enough of it in the warehouse. Example: 1. If there are 10 items in stock, and the order specifies 15 items, no reserve is placed on the item at all. 2. If there are enough goods in stock, a reserve is placed for the entire quantity. I check the box in the action “Reserve only products that are generally available in the warehouse” - but the product is still reserved in the quantity in which it is in stock, for example, 10 pcs are indicated in the order, there are 5 pcs in stock, a reserve is placed for 5 pcs.
