Good afternoon

Shipped from warehouse. At several stages there is a "remove from reserve" action
In the Warehouse application https://arp.1b.app/admin/shop/storage/reserve/?balanceid=2400, process goods are in reserve from 17 to 31 days.
There is no check mark in the Goods table block, column Warehouse reserve https://prnt.sc/P7wcl8sjhwy-.
How can this issue be resolved?
Good afternoon. https://arp.1b.app/app/history/orders/11636/?systemchange=1&filter2_key=valu... using the example of your first order at 2023-08-15 19:01:14, the product is somehow removed from the process and the same one is added. The problem is that the removed product has a reserve (and this reserve is not removed when the product is removed). To fix this, you need to find the place where the product is removed from the order. Do you know why this happens and where the deletion goes?

At one of the stages, before shipment from the warehouse, there is an action "Replace the product in the process with the material" . Before deploying the kits, there is an action "remove the reserve of materials from the warehouse" https://prnt.sc/MC1C_7fIYKjK And the procedure for deploying kits is also worth "remove the reserve of materials from the warehouse" https://arp.1b.app/app/workflow/4/procedure/21/

It's clear. You need to check the checkbox for the withdrawal of reserves to remove from remote products, then you will be able to remove these reserves. Now, apparently, the picking action puts them down in order to then make production

How many hours of revision are needed?
