The rental client is interested in what will happen to the LC in the new OneBox OS, because now there are questions about improvements, but it is not clear what will happen next. And they can’t use it normally - there is not enough functionality, and it’s not clear whether it’s worth refining, because there is no guarantee that they will have their functionality in the new system. They don’t want to develop the LC as their own application, because. it's just convenient for them to work in it (this was one of the reasons for choosing OneBox).
Will they be able to refine what is needed and remain with their functionality in the new system?

The personal account will be available in OneBox OS as a separate application (app).
We are not going to delete the office, we are deleting the "orange-shop online store".
Now the personal account is not really developing in any way, except for requests-improvements from clients.
At the time of the OneBox OS release, there will be an "Cabinet" application inside the OS, which will allow you to create a client account and it will become available to the client at a certain address https://cabinet.com/companyname/
Roughly speaking, all cabinets based on OneBox will have ONE address.
The user will be able to switch between the accounts of different businesses with which he works.
At the same time, the business can customize its interface, but in the header you can switch to different accounts in which I am registered.
Because even now, as an end consumer, I have to work in at least 10 different offices: Kyivstar, Vodafone, 3 Internet providers, 2 bank offices, 1 leasing company, 3 security companies. Horror. I want everything in one place.
At the request of the business, the address can be changed and the office can be separated into its own domain, but this will be an option. A little money, but still an option (we don’t know how much yet, we will know only after the launch of the OS).

To make ONE application for the end consumer, which will have invoices/orders/documents/messages from businesses that have OneBox.
Normally, it costs about 5,000 - 10,000 USD per year to make and maintain a mobile application for one platform (EVERY YEAR!). A company in the EU, registration in the international registry, certificates, paid accounts, servers, hosting work, completed for each version of the operating system. Small business will never pull this.
It is much better to give a small business (its customers) ONE well-functioning application, so that everything is done in it, which will cost a conditional 10-20-50 USD/month.
