Search by partial input not working

There is a constant problem with the search for goods in the box, whether in the process itself or in the global search, namely: it does not find the goods by the partial introduction of the article. Our full SKU consists of hyphens (for example "111812-19-2" or "kpkt119122-22-19"), but we often need to enter the prefix of this SKU, that is, the first part of the SKU before the first hyphen (for example "111812" or " kpkt119122").
