Serhiy, thank you for the answer and information. When clearing the space on the server, will contacts and information about clients, comments be deleted? What could have loaded the server so much if we do not save and do not attach photos, other documents, but only store client contacts.

Serhiy, our mail is connected to the box, but we have never sent a letter from our box. We only store the addresses of clients' email boxes in the database. We send letters separately from the Thunderbird mail program, because the box lacked settings. We have about 2 thousand addresses and phone numbers, sometimes comments.
