How to display the procedure button in the client's office? If you need improvement, rate it.

You need to display the procedure button in the client's office.
It should be shown to employees, clients of the process, and users who are added to the process as process contacts.
They should be able to click on it and it should work.
As an option, I see a solution through a universal block, as is done in processes.
And most importantly - if the client in the account clicks on the procedure and the action Hangs on it Change contact in the additional field with the field type "Contacts" (the user who changed the stage), then the client who clicked on the button should be recorded

And one more question. When I set the action "Prohibit the transition depending on the fields" or "Check the fields are full" at the stage of the process, then the text error is not displayed in the account. It just writes that Saved and that's it (the stage does not change, but it does not show an error either).
