BP generation action by contacts

In the "generate BP by contact groups" action, when setting the specified day and time, processes are not generated. Or randomly generated.
What conditions must be in order for this process to run at a given time?

Processes are correctly created at the specified time and date only when the "Create processes every day" checkbox is enabled.
Probably all the same, in this action it would be possible to add "Create processes every day or at a given time and date" .
If the box is on billing, then when setting it up, this particular checkmark may raise questions.
