2) maybe you published in the OS, you need to enter fields here /app/employer/

Password:
and at the bottom, if necessary, tick Work with dynamic IP.
All other fields - clear before saving. This is for restriction, probably one of them is blocking.
3) maybe a weak password, try the one that the system itself offers to generate.
