please describe step by step how you issue access to an employee.
When you issue manually, is everything ok?

it is necessary to grant access to the employee, but it does not work
1) Sent an invitation - the employee cannot register through the link (as a result of the registration, a red bar appears at the top, which theoretically should contain a description of the error, but it is empty)
2) in the "Users and employees" settings, I check the "Generate and send password" box, resulting in the 500th error.
3) The card is already created
- I mark employees with a tick
- in the "Users and employees" settings, I write a password.
- I grant access rights
- check "dynamic IR"
- I give a link for login
The result is "incorrect login or password"

2) maybe you published in the OS, you need to enter fields here /app/employer/
Access level:
Access rights group:
Login:
Password:
and at the bottom, if necessary, tick Work with dynamic IP.
All other fields - clear before saving. This is for restriction, probably one of them is blocking.
3) maybe a weak password, try the one that the system itself offers to generate.

Commentary is available in ua and not yet translated to the current language.

clear the Effective date field.
