Good afternoon. To make a call, onebox does the following:
1. Opens a socket with ip 96890a54bc8d.sn.mynetname.net and port 5038
2. Sends authorization commands to an open socket, then creating a call, and so on.
In your case, the first step fails, because the box from the ip address 135.181.111.157 cannot open a connection to telephony at 96890a54bc8d.sn.mynetname.net on port 5038. This means that either there is no telephony on the "other side" or that it is not available from our ip address.
