The prices of goods in the order are reset, the required prices in the order are not saved

Good afternoon. A question for the developers or maybe someone has encountered a similar situation.
Situation: the client has a price level set to “Level 1 (wholesale)”. For some products in the order itself, we set it to a different price level, “Dealer”. That is, some of the goods in the order have prices according to the price level of this client, and some of the goods have prices that differ from the client’s price level.
After moving to another stage (for example, from the “Order Adjustment” stage to “Close”, prices for goods for which a different level was set are reset to the customer’s price level). Although there is no "Apply customer price level to process products" action in the list of actions at the "Close" stage.
Moreover, it seems that this reset appeared recently, there was no such reset before. Can you tell us if there were any changes during the transition to the stages that could have affected this?
