Answers:

In editing the filter characteristic https://our-store.com.ua/app/product/filters/53/control/ there is a setting "Directory field for filtering records by filter name" - you can also specify the column by which filter by filter name - and there will be only suitable options

Tyndyk Maksim Vadimovich unfortunately forgot to mention this moment in the video. I also tested this field, but it did not help.
In it, I inserted the name of the column where exactly the name of the filter is indicated, namely “Prom filter name”.

Corrected. Try.

If you read the name of the setting - it sounds "to filter entries by filter name" - but you will not write down the name in any way, but an identifier from another directory.
If the field b was a string - then it will filter the field value by the filter name - and it will work.

Maxim Tyndyk Maxim, yes, in the version when I inserted the column name, this is not the right option, but if you read the title (as you suggest), then you can understand the following https://youtu.be/JxoDYSSt3dU

Works as indicated. And it will not work in any other way because of the difference in perception.
If you need to change the logic - I can evaluate the appropriate revision.

Can you explain how this field works now? Everyone reads the name of this field in their own way.

Above, I already indicated how it works:

Unfortunately, the way you explained is not clear at all.
Can you show with an example?

Based on this comment, I dare to assume that the field of the "Prom filter name" reference book is associated with another reference book, as a result of which, this field (directly in the reference book) stores not the name of the filter, but its identifier in the associated reference book.
In order for it to work, you need to make sure that this field is not associated with another directory, but that the name of the filter is indicated directly in the text.
And in the setting of the filter itself, you need to specify "Filter name Prom" in the setting "Reference field for filtering records by filter name"

Tyndyk Maksim Vadimovich , how much will it cost to improve on the principle that I described above?

You just need to make the reference field "Prom filter name" unrelated to other references https://take.ms/NnORP and the names of the filters in the reference itself will have to be filled in with text (and not from the drop-down list)
Maxim Tyndyk although it would be cool if the link worked by name, but it seems to me that it is too complicated with the current scope of the lookup functionality...

It doesn't suit. Here the idea is that the employee who fills in the filters in the product could only select the values of a specific filter. And I did not think what exactly to add to this line.

I can't figure out what the second reference is? Here we are talking only about the same directory, only different columns.

In order to understand this, you need to know how directories work.
How directories work:
If a directory field indicates that it is linked to another directory, then this field (in the directory records) stores not the names from the associated directory, but their identifiers.
How the setting in the filter works:
It checks exactly the name of the filter in the directory (in text)
It turns out that the category and filter directory contains the filter name value identifier from the filter list directory, and this identifier is not equal to the filter name

You have already been pointed out above how you can do this and why it works the way it does. And without any modifications, everything will work for you.
If you don’t want to remake your directory structure according to the required logic above, I can modify the search for filters to search in another directory if the field is associated with it (that is, we are looking not for the current directory by the filter name, but for the one associated with the field - but already after that we filter the required one by the identifier from the field associated with the directory) - such refinement will take 4 hours

https://our-store.com.ua/app/customobject/directory/21/?nazvanieznacheniyafiltra... 80%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B0%D1%82%D1%8C - here is a reference book with 1 value "Ukraine"
https://our-store.com.ua/app/product/filters/219/control/ - correctly indicated after completion which column to compare by filter name
The screenshot shows the correctness of the search in relation to another directory
