We don't have the ability to travel through time
therefore, you were shown the load at the moment when you looked at your server.
If you need constant server monitoring, you can hire a specialist who will monitor your server.

what a manner of communication ... you have trainings there on this subject ... well, what kind of rudeness, how can you respond to your clients like that ... you just can’t afford not to add sarcasm and a personal attitude ...

I answered your question about the load, and you ask me a question

I saw it, of course, as I saw it, I immediately looked at your server (at 16:26:39) and answered you.
But you seem to be dissatisfied...
So I told you that I can not look at the server at the time when you took the screenshot.

If I offended you personally, then I did not mean it.
Just buying software products, as an example, from Microsoft, no one gets the idea to write to Microsoft
with the question:
"My computer is terribly slow. Why does the computer load like this? What can I do about it? Please fix the problem, it's not possible to work like that"
And here (specifically on this forum) for some reason, asking any questions, even those that have nothing to do with our product,
everyone wants a free, fast, and apologetic answer.

no, you didn’t hurt me)) it’s just that “Time Machine” is rude.
And comparison with Microsoft I consider inappropriate. The company is huge, the hierarchy is big, but even if there are problems with the software, please write to the support service. Yes, there is not direct communication, as here, but it is also there.
And what is off topic in this question? The load on the server is directly related to your software. You even for extra. board correctly configure the server.
You can calmly explain to the client that there is not enough server capacity or you need to configure it to optimally cope with the load.
You are like a doctor who asked: -Does it hurt now? - Not now. - Well, then everything is fine with you)))

1) I purchased a server such as your specialists said 2) your specialists were engaged in installing the software on the server. Nothing else is hosted on the server. 3) The program slows down periodically. For proof, I've uploaded a screenshot. 4) I asked you 2 questions that you did not answer. If at the moment you are not observing the problem, then I suggest testing at another time. Or give me any method of operational communication, with the help of which I will inform you exactly at the moment when the server will be overloaded again 5) I asked "please fix the problem." I don't see the word "free" here. 6) Your proposal to hire "a sysadmin who will constantly monitor the server" is absurd. 7) The person who wrote to you above is not familiar to me. an outsider is simply surprised by communication with a client. But this is not surprising to me. For example: read what Igor Ustimenko answered here https://crm-onebox.com/ru/support/business-processes/3304-ozhidaemiy-prihod/#ans...
And as far as I know, he occupies a leadership position and, as I understand it, sets an example of communication. He wants to say that it's my own fault that I lost all my paid improvements (without which, by the way, boxing does not work correctly) because I asked to update Boxing. Although your employee said to do this in this task https://crm-onebox.com/en/support/contacts/2821-medlenno-rabotaet-onebox/
From all of the above: You just sent me to one place, not wanting to solve the problem

Good evening.
To answer this way, you need to understand what exactly consumes resources.
But when I looked at your server everything was working normally.
Therefore, my first answer was just that, with an example that everything was normal during the check.

The example with the doctor is not very suitable when the doctor is told that it hurts somewhere inside not all the time, but after lunch,
then usually the patient is sent for examination and, based on the results of the examination, a diagnosis is made and treatment is prescribed.
So with your question, in order to find under what conditions the load occurs, you need to clearly understand and monitor what exactly is working at this time, and what leads to this.
Unfortunately, we do not have the resources and ability to monitor client servers.

Thanks a lot.
I repeat: that the problem is more noticeable on a specific account. It happens for everyone, but today this manager has a hang, but I don’t have it at this moment. (Earlier I tested: I changed computers with it and the result is the same)
I really hope for you.

Alex, I'm still looking into your question.
I am afraid that we will not be able to resolve this issue in a short time.
For now, I'm leaning towards the fact that you have some kind of heavy background process. For example, cron hour from onebox, well, or even a non-OneBox process, for example, a backup of something. When this process is started (I suppose once an hour or once every couple of hours), then it forces out some of the data from the RAM to swap. And then the operating system begins to gradually shift everything back to the operative, but on demand. That is, the user enters some page, data is required, and they are in swap - bang, everything is stupid, and from the next page update it is gone (because the operating system figured out to shift everything to ram).
I previously described how this RAM vs SWAP mechanism works here - https://crm-onebox.com/ru/support/server-installation/1423-swap-na-serveri-prakt...
How to solve such a question (if this is it):
find a process that briefly devours the RAM and do something with it:
a) turn off, optimize, run less often.
b) add RAM to level swap swaps.
And it's still not clear which option is cheaper and faster :)

Here is the process http://crm.adparts.com.ua/admin/customorder/zakazi-avtodoktor/539945/edit/ which, once an hour, consumes all the operatives and server resources, since it is looped by the Business Process settings.
In fact, to get rid of the problem, it is enough to change the BP settings + add a check for looping in the stock balance check action

Do you mean specifically this order or all PSUs of this type?

And I don't understand why it works like that. Judging by the settings - now it does not work correctly. At the stage Waiting from the supplier, a transition is configured if the product is sufficient in the warehouse. And the transition occurs to the stage "delivered from the supplier". And at the "waiting from the supplier" stage, a transition is configured if there are not enough products in the warehouse. It turns out that the two actions contradict each other - The stage cannot jump Or am I misunderstanding something?

moves between stages, although logically it should not: one has an action that switches to the stage if the product is in stock. The other step is vice versa if out of stock

I think that the problem is that one of the actions does not take into account the reserve. so the goods http://crm.adparts.com.ua/admin/shop/products/121460/edit/ and http://crm.adparts.com.ua/admin/shop/products/61667/edit/ were in reserve , to another car
