It is not entirely clear what it means "they said it is not extended, it can only be installed"?
You have a certificate issued by "Sectigo Limited" and valid until September 30, 2022, 02:59:59 AM
In the LC where you bought the certificate, it should be possible to renew it, if for some reason this is not possible, then you need to order a new one.
The procedure for renewing a certificate is the same as for obtaining a new one.
You must pass the domain verification, get the certificate files, which then need to be installed on the server.
