In your case it's Box_Processor_StartAction - running 2.081 sec. As far as I can see, the minute cron works with the opencart database, so I assume that you the hourly action "Upload products/categories/filters/characteristics to opencart (via database)" was launched with the "Run within a few minutes" checkbox. The cron has now completed everything you planned for it and has been running for 4.98 s
