Clearing the history of changes by process

Good afternoon.
We are running out of disk space
https://skr.sh/sBd0lNtkjkd?a
Request in the database to clear the history of changes by processes in order to increase the free disk space.
Can we do it ourselves from CRM or only with your help?

Deleting data with the help of our specialist will take 1 hour. Bill?
Process change history is 11.3 GiB

If the history of process changes takes 11.3 GiB, and we have 120 Gig in total, then what then does 109 Gig take from us?
The last time we cleaned the disk with your help, the history of process changes occupied 50 Gig.
Can you see what exactly is taking up all the free space?

Good afternoon.
This is your server and you can do your own disk space analysis.
We can analyze the board space and provide you with a report for a fee of 1 hour.

Okay, let's do an analysis for a fee.
Plus, I'll have to clean up afterwards.
